When and where can I pick up my tickets?
Tickets can be picked up at the Box Office one hour prior to the performance. Tickets may not be picked up any sooner under any circumstances.
What if I am late to the performance?
All patrons arriving late to the performance, regardless of the circumstance, may still be seated. However, the original seats you purchased can no longer be guaranteed once the performance begins. Patrons will wait outside the theater with one of our ushers who, during an appropriate moment of the performance in order to not disturb other patrons or the performing artists, will escort you into the theater to the closest available seats. Once the performance begins, tickets can no longer be exchanged for another performance.
I purchased a Season Subscription, but I need to change the performance I selected to attend. What do I do?
BSRT Subscribers have access to unlimited, flexible ticket exchanges. You can switch to any other BSRT performance of the production for which you originally had a ticket, up to 5pm on the day before your scheduled show. Visit the Ticket Exchange page of our website to find out more info and fill out an exchange request form.
What if the performance is cancelled due to weather?
BSRT will make every effort to present the performance. However, if BSRT is forced to cancel due to state, local, or federal mandates, all patrons may exchange their tickets for another performance. Once the performance begins, tickets can no longer be exchanged for another performance.
Do you offer refunds?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds are available for any reason. BSRT Subscribers have access to unlimited, flexible ticket exchanges. I have young children. Do they need a ticket too?
All patrons age 2 and above are required to purchase a ticket. Most of our shows are fun for the whole family! However, we recommend checking the Show Guidelines on the show's page for a detailed look at its content. Additionally, we understand that a small child might end up on a parent's lap, but this could greatly affect the view of our fellow patrons, so we ask that you do your best to ensure that you, your child, and the patrons around you have the best experience possible. If you're bringing a stoller, an usher will help you store it in an accessible space before the performance.
What time does the house open for seating?
The house will open approximately 30 minutes prior to the performance. If you require special assistance including wheelchairs, walkers, etc., please let an usher know and we will ensure your party is seated safely with appropriate time to be comfortable and ready to watch the performance!
How long is intermission?
Most intermissions are 15-20 minutes long.
Is there a coat check?
At this time, we do not have a coat check.
Is there valet?
At this time, we do not offer valet service.
Someone in my party requires special accessibility. What options are available?
Our facilities are equipped with handicapped seating in the theater. At the time of your purchase and when you arrive at the theater, please share your specific needs with us and we will ensure we accommodate your accessability needs. We will ensure your party is seated safely with appropriate time to be comfortable and ready to watch the performance!
Will I be able to hear the performance?
All actors are are equipped with a microphone during the performance to ensure everyone can hear the show. We do not currently have an assisted listening system but hope to raise funds in order to equip our facilities with one as soon as possible!
Do you provide booster seats for children?
BSRT does not provide booster seats.
Do you offer group rates?
Absolutely! We have an entire page about it on our website and are happy to share that specific info with you. You can visit the Group Savings page.
Does the theater have elevators or escalators?
At this time our facilities do not have an elevator or escalator.
Can I store my wheelchair, walker, or stroller somewhere during the performance?
Of course! When you arrive at the theater to pick up your tickets, find an usher and let them know you'd like to store your wheelchair, walker, or stroller during the performance.
Can I bring my child under the age of 2?
We welcome all family members at BSRT. However, if the child is disrupting the performance or impacting the experience of other patrons, you will be asked to take the child into the lobby until they are ready to quietly rejoin the audience.
Can I tour the theatre to pick my seats?
No. All seats are good. We have extensive seating maps and hope to have the funding to provide a virtual tour which you will be able to view on our website at a later date.

Can I purchase tickets online?
Absolutely! We prefer you buy tickets online. Conveniently, we have a tab on the menu of our website right at the top of this very page that says "Tickets". Feel free to click it and view all the information we've taken loads of time to curate for you in one simple place.
What's the best way to purchase tickets?
Online is always the best option for purchasing tickets as it allows our Box Office staff to use their time to address the unique questions from our patrons rather than processing purchases that can easily be done online. We've spent loads of time curating the information in a simple, easy-to-understand and easy-to-use way and we appreciate any effort you can make in order to use the online platforms to purchase your tickets. You can see, in the menu above, the "Tickets" tab that has all the information on tickets. You can also click Tickets to be directed there now.
