Beach Street Repertory Theatre is a registered nonprofit organization, and has filed a tax exemption application with the IRS. Once our Determination Letter is received, our exempt status will be recognized back to the date the organization was created; January 14, 2021. Thus, while our application is pending, BSRT can treat itself as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3). If BSRT ultimately qualifies for exemption for the period in which your contribution is made, the contribution will be tax-deductible.
No amount is too small or too large!
